Grief is excruciating, disorienting, confusing, and isolating. And no, you’re not doing it wrong. Your grief is as unique and individual as you are. But you don’t have to walk through it alone. I work with kids, teens, adults, couples & families who are navigating grief & loss, relationship issues, anxiety, shame, perfectionism, and disconnection from their life’s purpose and direction. My grief story has equipped me to work with those experiencing suicide bereavement, and my nearly two decades of experience in the music and entertainment industries provide rich insight & understanding into my work with artists and creative professionals.
My approach is compassionate, creative, and collaborative. We'll explore how your early attachments and losses shape your current beliefs and behaviors and build on your strengths to develop new narratives aligned with your passions and values. I bring my humanness into the room and invite you to bring yours.
I believe strongly in the transformative power of creative expression, authentic connection, and humor, and I feel honored to accompany clients as they find new wholeness after loss and design a more fulfilling and authentic life.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based approach for healing trauma, grief, and distressing life events. By using bilateral stimulation (like eye movements or tapping), EMDR helps the brain reprocess overwhelming memories so they feel less charged and more resolved. Whether you're navigating traumatic loss, anxiety, or long-held emotional pain, EMDR offers a path toward deeper relief and integration.

Grief can be quiet or consuming, predictable or surprising. Whether you're mourning a recent death, grieving a past loss, or adjusting to the absence of someone or something meaningful, therapy offers a place to be held in it all. There’s no timeline for grief — just a need for space, compassion, and a process that fits you. Together, we’ll explore what’s been lost and what might still be found.

Losing someone to suicide can bring a distinct kind of grief — layered with shock, guilt, anger, confusion, and unanswered questions. This kind of loss is often isolating and misunderstood. You don’t have to make sense of it alone. In our work together, we make space for the complexity of your experience, while gently supporting healing, remembrance, and meaning-making.
-
Whether you're struggling with conflict, healing from a breakup, navigating attachment patterns, or feeling unseen in your closest connections, therapy can help you make sense of your relational world. Together we’ll explore what shaped your patterns and what might support more authentic, nourishing relationships — with others and with yourself.
-
Change can stir up unexpected feelings — even when it’s wanted. If you're in a season of transition, uncertainty, or reinvention, therapy offers support in navigating what’s ending, what’s beginning, and how to move forward. Whether it’s a shift in identity, work, roles, or relationships, we’ll honor the complexity and possibility in the in-between.
-
The pressure to get it right, be the best, or never let anyone down can become exhausting. If you're caught in cycles of self-criticism, people-pleasing, or feeling not good enough, therapy can help you find a gentler way through. Together, we’ll explore where these patterns began — and how you can move toward self-trust, self-compassion, and enoughness on your own terms.

Being creative often means being vulnerable. I work with musicians, performers, and artists who are navigating the emotional weight of their work — from creative block and burnout to identity struggles, grief, and the pressure to be “on.” Therapy offers a space to reconnect with your voice, your process, and the deeper story behind your work.
