Grief Support for Suicide & Overdose LosS

First Wednesday of the month at 7PM in Calabasas.
Begins October 2023.
This support group is designed to offer connection, community and hope to those who are grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide or overdose loss.
Clinician co-facilitators for the group are Jennifer White, and Lydia Silva, associate marriage and family therapists who have specialized training in grief.
The topics discussed will address the special needs of traumatic grief, which is often experienced after a loved one has died from suicide and overdose loss.
Group members will learn about the grieving process, gain coping skills and meet others who can identify with their unique experiences.
The group is 90 minutes and meets in Calabasas on a monthly basis for 10 sessions. The group is limited to 10 participants.
Cost is $400 for all 10 sessions.
