You’re not alone in the messiness of life. I’ve been there too—grieving, doubting, navigating trauma—and I’ve come to believe that our spirituality, culture, and generational stories aren’t burdens; they’re hidden superpowers with the potential to reshape how we see ourselves and our world. Let’s explore that together.

I hold a Master of Science in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, and I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate (AMFT). I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and offer low-cost EMDR sessions to make trauma-focused healing more accessible.

I work with individuals, couples, families, teens, emerging adults, elders, d/Deaf and differently-abled clients creating a space that honors all parts of your identity and lived experience. I speak English and can communicate using American Sign Language (ASL) to ensure more inclusive access to therapy.

My approach is grounded in:
Grief work, cultural sensitivity, narrative therapy, EMDR, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), solution-focused, strength-based methods, trauma-focused care and family systems theory.
